Top Mairin’s story

Mairin Gallagher …. turned to Maryon again when she became perimenopausal in her early forties whilst at the same time having lots of stress to deal with. Maryon had remedied her PMS several years ago and she came back because she felt she had lost control.

‘I suppose I got a bit complacent after sorting out severe PMS and didn’t pay too much attention to myself as I was too busy dealing with the needs of my family. My teenage daughter was going through a wild child phase and my husband had a nervous breakdown. My periods had become irregular and very heavy, leaving me feeling drained. My mood swings and depression had returned and I was feeling incredibly tired. I got back in touch with Maryon and completed a new questionnaire and diet diary. I knew she would provide me with the encouragement and advice I needed to deal with my current situation. I made all the changes to my diet that Maryon suggested and changed my supplement regime. I got back to exercising and I retrained and qualified as a special needs assistant. I do feel like I am back in control of my life and I feel much more alive and energetic. I am fully briefed now about how to get through the perimenopause in good health and I am much more at peace with myself. As usual I am very grateful to Maryon for all her caring efforts.’
